The federal and state governments have agreed on how to proceed in the coronavirus pandemic.

In principle, the existing measures will be continued until February 14th.

Schools and daycare centers are also closed.

Chancellor Angela Merkel and the heads of state of the countries agreed on this after almost eight hours of deliberations on Tuesday evening.
