The draft proposes that in the process of family education, minors’ parents or other guardians shall not discriminate against minors on gender, physical condition, etc., shall not have any form of domestic violence, shall not coerce, induce, abet, condone, or exploit minors. Adults engage in activities that violate laws, regulations and social morality.
