Kempten (dpa / lby) - After six cigarette machines were blown up in the Allgäu, the police have determined a suspect.
The man has been in custody since the end of September 2020, the police said on Wednesday.
He is said to have armed a gas station in Weitnau.
Whether other perpetrators were involved in the demolitions of the cigarette machines is still being determined.
According to police, the explosions between January and September 2020 caused damage of more than 13,000 euros.
The perpetrator had only stolen just under 2000 euros in cash because the machines are regularly emptied.
