These actions are bold, they begin work to fulfill President-elect Biden's promises to the American people. and, importantly, they fall within the constitutional role of the president ", reads the note.



Among the measures that Biden will take immediately after the inauguration will be to ask the Americans to wear the mask for the first 100 days of his mandate.

Still in the context of the fight against Covid-19, Biden will stop the process of withdrawing the previous administration from the WHO, an organization defined as "essential" in the fight against the pandemic.
