Düsseldorf (dpa / lnw) - At digital party conferences, the CDU and the Greens sealed the first black-green alliance for the state capital Düsseldorf.
In both parties there was broad approval of 97 percent in the CDU and 86 percent in the Greens on Monday evening, as they announced.
The 90-page cooperation agreement provides, among other things, for the abolition of environmental traces and considerable expenditure on climate protection.
Düsseldorf is to become climate neutral by 2035.
The CDU and the Greens have a comfortable majority in the city council.
