Norwegian health officials say no association with the vaccine has yet been found regarding deaths following Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine.

The Norwegian Institute of Public Health said, "A thorough analysis of 13 people who died after vaccination showed that they were all elderly and had serious underlying diseases. No analysis has yet been made regarding the cause of death."

"It has not been determined whether the vaccine is a direct cause of death," the public health agency recommended, "but doctors should consider the overall health of the elderly and underlying disease before vaccination."

"The average of 45 people die per day in nursing homes in Norway," said the public health agency.

In Norway, more than 48,000 people have been vaccinated against Corona 19 so far, of which 33 have died.

The AFP news agency said that not only Norway, but also other Nordic countries, including Denmark and Finland, died after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine, but a direct link to the vaccine has not been identified.
