Ibrahim Baylan (S) says that he has had close contact with representatives from the hotel and restaurant industry.
He is aware of the criticism leveled at the government, but also says that he experiences great support.
- It is a very frustrating situation, but I feel that together we do what we can to curb the infection, he says.
Will you talk to the industry now that they go out every day and have this call?
- As Minister of Trade and Industry, I have had a close dialogue with both the hotel and restaurant industry as well as many other industries that are having a hard time.
On Wednesday, Minister of Trade and Industry Ibrahim Baylan and Minister of Finance Magdalena Andersson met with representatives of the hotel and restaurant industry to talk about the measures taken by the government, but also the extension of the support programs so that they can function as well as possible.
