Langfang is adjacent to Beijing, with convenient transportation between the two places. Many Beijing "office workers" live in Langfang and commute across provinces.
In order to reduce the number of vehicles and people entering Beijing, Langfang City encourages Beijing commuters to work at home or live in Beijing to reduce the flow of people.
Starting from January 19th, Beijing commuters who enter Beijing for the first time must check their work certificate, unit certificate, and certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 72 hours. After that, they must hold a certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 14 days after entering Beijing.
