"The draft regulatory legal acts are proposed to hand over the edition of the Constitution of the Russian Federation in the current edition on the territory of the Russian Federation simultaneously with the passport to citizens who have reached the age of 14," the agency quotes RIA Novosti.

In December, it was reported that, according to the draft new administrative regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in Russia they can be admitted to the exam for a driver's license from the age of 16.
