“In this regard, I ask you to consider the expediency of amending Art.
30 of the Federal Law "On Political Parties" regarding the introduction of a ban on the receipt of donations by political parties from individuals recognized by foreign media as foreign agents, as well as individuals - founders, managers, members of governing bodies of non-profit organizations performing the function of a foreign agent ", The text of the appeal says.
One individual legally can make donations to a certain political party in the amount of up to 4.33 million rubles annually.
At the end of December 2020, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law recognizing individuals as foreign agents for political activities.
