Specifically, it includes enterprises registered in Hangzhou with tax registration, individual industrial and commercial households registered in Hangzhou with market supervision, and migrant workers employed by social organizations of municipal or district/county (city) government administration departments as the issuing authority.
The time for the payment of social security is set at the end of December 2020.
The “ten send” care actions released this time include “send red envelopes”, “send warmth”, “send blessings”, “send health”, “send peace”, “send culture”, “send skills”, “send security”, “send travel”, and “send family affection”. The city announced that employers can declare through the "Qinqing Online" platform, fill in their employees’ names, ID numbers, household registration, and personal bank account numbers, and confirm and promise that the employees are non-Zhejiang registered permanent residents who are in Hangzhou for the Chinese New Year and meet the requirements. The employer's declaration time is from February 1 (December 20th of the lunar calendar) to February 9 (December 28th of the lunar calendar).
