The former popular leader sat on the dock this Monday for inducing the commission of a crime of falsification of documents.

Defended by the lawyer

Cifuentes is waiting to be questioned by the Prosecutor's Office, which requests for her three years and three months in prison and the rest of the parties in person.

The oral hearing began with the statement made by Professor

Cecilia Rosado, a

member of the court that allegedly examined

Cifuentes,

and who drew up the false report to exonerate the former popular leader, has declared that she was pressured by Professor

Enrique Álvarez Conde

- already deceased -

María Teresa Feito,

former advisor to the Ministry of Education of the Community of Madrid and an official of the Rey Juan Carlos University (URJC) to manufacture the false certificate.

The professor, accused of a crime of documentary falsification, explained that on the day

published that Cifuentes had not passed all the subjects, as well as the Master's Final Project (TFM) of the University Master's Degree in Public Law of the Autonomous State of Institute of Public Law of the Juan Carlos University of Madrid received multiple calls from Álvarez Conde and Feito telling them that he had to solve that.

Specifically, Rosado has indicated that she felt "scared", "pressured" and "stressed" to draw up the minutes of the TFM to save the former president of Madrid.

"This has to be fixed and it has to be done now. If we don't fix it, we are going to have serious consequences at the labor level," Professor Álvarez Conde told him on the day the scandal broke.

"If you don't send me the minutes, Cifuentes is going to kill you and the rector," the official Feito, a former adviser to the Government of the Community of Madrid, assured him during the same day.

"I felt that my life was going to be impossible," said the teacher who decided during the Master's case investigation to collaborate with the Justice and acknowledge the facts.

In the processing of preliminary questions, the court accepted the expert evidence presented this Monday by the defense of Cifuentes, which reflects her agenda when she was a government delegate in Madrid and studied postgraduate studies.
