Plauen / Zwickau (dpa / sn) - Around a year after a dead baby was found in a neglected apartment in Plauen, the mother now has to answer in court.
The process is to begin next Monday (January 25th) before the 1st criminal chamber, informed the spokesman for the Zwickau Regional Court, Altfrid Luthe.
The woman is charged with manslaughter.

She is in custody and, according to the information, has so far been silent about the exact event.
According to earlier information from the prosecutor, the girl had lived at birth, according to the autopsy. The mother was therefore known as a crystal consumer. Due to health problems, the ambulance service came to the woman's apartment in January 2020. The paramedics had found that there had been a birth. The police later found the baby's body there.
