Schwerin (dpa / mv) - Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania has ordered another five million FFP2 masks.
The background of the procurement is a possible accelerated spread of coronavirus mutations, said the Ministry of the Interior in Schwerin on Monday.
In addition, a million so-called surgical masks are to be procured.
The finance committee of the state parliament gave the green light for this.
