HSV again first in the 2nd Bundesliga with a runaway victory

Hamburg (AP) - Hamburger SV stormed back to the top of the table in the 2nd Bundesliga with a runaway victory.

At the end of the 16th match day, the Hanseatic League defeated VfL Osnabrück 5-0 (2-0) on Monday evening.

Sonny Kittel (16.), Bakery Jatta (41./48.) With a brace and Josha Vagnoman (54.) and Osnabrück's Maurice Trapp (61.) with an own goal scored the goals.

As a result of the success, HSV has one point ahead of VfL Bochum and three points more than Fortuna Düsseldorf in third place.

Osnabrück slipped to eleventh place.
