The majority of Russians (74%) will not participate in bathing this year.
At the same time, it is specified that 60% of them have never tried and do not plan to swim in the ice hole for Epiphany.
According to the study, men are more likely to take part in Epiphany bathing than women (17% and 10%, respectively).
Young people are more often than the older generation: 17% among Russians under 24 years old and 11% among citizens aged 45 and over.
A total of 1.6 thousand people from all regions of Russia took part in the survey.
