17 January 2021 The Prosecutor's Office for Minors of Ancona investigated the 17-year-old nephew of Petre Lambru, the 57-year-old Romanian arrested Friday night in Ascoli Piceno for voluntary murder, accused of killing Franco Lettieri, 56, a former collaborator of justice.

The crime of complicity in voluntary homicide is now being challenged to the uncle (by the Ascoli prosecutor's office) and to the nephew for whom the judiciary has ordered the arrest.

The 17-year-old, with whom the 56-year-old allegedly had a quarrel before being killed, presented himself this morning at the barracks of the provincial command of the Carabinieri of Ascoli and made important statements about what happened on the evening of Friday 15 January in the historic center of Ascoli.

At the end, the boy was transferred to a protected home.

Meanwhile, tomorrow morning the hearing to validate the arrest of Petre Lambru is scheduled, who denies that he actually committed Lettieri's murder.

The victim himself, before dying, phoned 112 revealing who had stabbed him.
