The Civil Guard has detained a person this Friday as the alleged author of the death of a 33-year-old woman who has appeared

lifeless at her home

in Oza-Cesuras (A Coruña), sources from the Armed Institute inform Efe.

The events occurred

around 7:30 p.m. this afternoon,

when the young woman was found dead at her home in the town of Porzomillos.

The Civil Guard maintains an investigation open to clarify what happened and has

ruled out that it is a case of gender violence.

This is an alleged

robbery attempt

at the house where the young woman, who has a two-year-old child, was at that time alone.

When she was surprised by the assailant, she

asked for help and tried to defend herself,

but when they arrived at the home she was already dead.

The alleged murderer

fled,

although he was intercepted and detained, and after suffering some kind of illness, he was treated in an ambulance and later transferred to the hospital.

"This has no words, it

is a disgrace, it

is heartbreaking," the mayor of Oza-Cesuras, Pablo González, who has approached the family home to convey his condolences to the family, told Efe.
