He also viewed the efforts of the Dubai Corporation in using big data and artificial intelligence techniques to enhance smart control, as taxis were provided with modern technical devices to reduce wrongful drivers' behaviors, including a system to stop the vehicle from the control center when needed, and in emergency situations, and an additional tracking system that works when stopped The basic systems, the vehicle distribution and scheduling system, as well as the use of big data in operating taxis in areas where the demand for service is high, as the system was applied to the Al-Quoz and Mina Rashid stations, and its application contributed to raising the operational efficiency of the two stations by 83% at peak times, and increasing the market share The corporation has from 22 to 50% in the Al Quoz region, while the rate of increase in Port Rashid has reached from 36 to 46%, and the authority intends to expand the use of big data to include the areas of Dubai Airport, Al Muhaisnah, Jebel Ali and Al Maktoum Airport.

Al Tayer listened to an explanation about the “Tawseel” initiative, which is one of the institutional flexibility initiatives in introducing new services.
