One million vaccines, in this case the Chinese version of the anti-Covid treatment, arrived in Serbia on Saturday.

The vaccine, whose use is not yet authorized, should be validated by health authorities by Monday.

On December 24, Serbia became the third country in Europe to start its vaccination campaign.

A very geopolitical campaign since after the German-American version of Pfizer / BioNTech, the Russian vaccine Sputnik V was used and it is now the turn of the Chinese vaccine.

With the population very polarized between pro-Westerners and pro-Russians on the one hand and while the country ostensibly cultivates contradictory diplomatic friendships with China, Russia, the United States and Brussels, Serbia had to reflect these nuances. in the purchase of vaccines.

Serbia has even put an online platform where you can choose the desired vaccine.

An incredible luxury in the Balkans, when most of the countries in the region have not received, or hardly any, the slightest dose of the precious remedy from whatever laboratory it comes from.
