Hamburg (AP) - The handball women from Buxtehuder SV have clearly won the Bundesliga derby at the handball lynx Buchholz 08-Rosengarten.

Coach Dirk Leun's team prevailed on Saturday evening with 30:15 (12: 9) against the promoted team.

In the first round, the host was able to keep the game largely open.

After the break, however, Buxtehude pulled away up to the 45th minute to 23:11 and made the preliminary decision.

On the BSV side, Meret Ossenkopp (9 goals) was the best thrower.

Fatos Kucukyildiz, Marleen Kadenbach and Julia Herbst each met three times for the handball lynx.
