This 39-year-old man of Moroccan nationality was taken into police custody following a preliminary investigation carried out from May 2020 to January 2021 by several units of the gendarmerie, the labor inspectorate and the Urssaf.

The investigation had started following a banal roadside check of a luxury Porsche brand vehicle.

At the wheel, the man revealed that he did not have a residence permit.

The investigation will reveal that this man was at the head of a major transport company and employed at least 22 people with false identity documents and six others subject to an obligation to leave the territory or to be escorted. at the border.

Investigators will discover that in total, 42 undocumented people have worked for this company, specifies the Rennes prosecutor's office.

He will be summoned to court on March 15.
