The fourth is to support the development of international commercial mediation, and explore that the Hainan foreign-related civil and commercial adjudication agency will centrally accept and review the judicial confirmation cases of the mediation agreement established by the international commercial mediation agency established in the free trade port area, so as to provide professional mediation for international commercial mediation organizations , Efficient judicial protection.
The fifth is to support the development of international commercial arbitration.
Support overseas international arbitration institutions to establish business institutions in Hainan Free Trade Port to carry out arbitration business.
Support the agreement between companies registered in the free trade port area to arbitrate related disputes at specific locations, in accordance with specific arbitration rules, and by specific personnel.
Support and guarantee the application and implementation of interim measures such as property preservation, evidence preservation, and behavior preservation of Chinese and foreign parties before and during arbitration in accordance with law.
The sixth is to further improve the "one-stop" litigation service and multiple dispute resolution platform, promote the comprehensive transformation and upgrade of the Hainan Court's Litigation Service Center, and provide a full range of multiple dispute resolution services for Chinese and foreign parties.
