The Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Department revealed that it had completed 49,477 transactions in the last quarter of 2020, as part of the efforts made to provide the best electronic services to satisfy customers, and it also launched an inspection campaign in all sites under construction from 10 to 25 January.

She explained that the report of the last quarter of 2020 showed that despite the working conditions "remotely" due to the Corona pandemic, the Public Health Department in the municipality has completed 13,389 transactions, and the number of transactions completed in the Planning and Survey Department reached 8,670, and the number of transactions reached The municipality that has been completed in the land sector is 17,325 transactions, while the number of transactions in building management reached 10 thousand and 93 transactions.

The Director General of Ras Al Khaimah Municipality, Engineer Munther bin Shukr Al Zaabi, said that “the health and safety of customers, the non-stop of their work, and the completion of their transactions as soon as possible, are among the priorities of the department, as dealers’ transactions were completed and terminated at all times during the Corona pandemic. ”

He explained that out of the department’s keenness on the health and safety of customers, the municipality’s administrations used to receive transactions through the “Whatsapp” application and e-mail, and they were digitally completed and returned to their owners, as the electronic services provided by the municipality were an effective way to ensure the safety of customers and not disrupt their work. .

He explained that the department began, at the beginning of this year, to launch an inspection campaign in all sites under construction, starting from January 10 to January 25, to ensure that all sites adhere to the construction requirements.

He added that the campaign includes the extent to which construction sites adhere to the implementation of the temporary fence of the site and its maintenance, according to the requirements approved by the municipality, commitment to installing and maintaining the project board, storing building materials securely within the boundaries of the project, and ensuring that construction waste is collected in the designated place, and transported periodically in coordination with the Department General services, in addition to ensuring that the works conform to the provisions of the construction license, and that the site's security and safety requirements are adhered to.
