"Pfizer announced today that vaccine supplies will be reduced from next week and for the coming period," TASS reports.

It is noted that the decrease in supplies is associated with the reorganization of vaccine production and the renewal of production volumes.

“When this process is complete, they will be able to increase vaccine production from 1.3 billion doses per year to 2 billion doses.

A temporary decrease in supplies will affect all European countries, ”the organization added.

On January 14, it was reported that 23 people in Norway have died after being vaccinated against the coronavirus with the Pfizer vaccine.

Specialists are studying the cause of their death.

All deaths were recorded among people over 80 years old.

Pfizer's coronavirus vaccination began in Norway on December 27, with residents of Oslo nursing homes being the first to receive vaccinations.

At the moment, more than 25 thousand people have been vaccinated.
