Halberstadt (dpa / sa) - In the Harz district, where the corona vaccinations began three weeks ago, the second vaccinations have been running since Friday.
The 101-year-old Edith Kwoizalla was the first to receive the second spade at the Krüger senior citizen center in Halberstadt.

On Friday, as at the first appointment, Kwoizalla looked a bit excited, but cheerful.
According to home operator Tobias Krüger, all 40 residents who were ready three weeks ago were vaccinated again.
Another 13 of the 59 residents have now decided to be vaccinated and have now been vaccinated for the first time.
The willingness to vaccinate has increased to a lesser extent among staff.
Ten of around 40 employees took part in the first vaccination.
"It will be more," said Kruger, who had himself vaccinated for the second time.
