A civic group has filed a complaint with the National Human Rights Commission of Korea against a candidate for Justice Minister Park Bum-gye, who allegedly used inappropriate expressions related to sex for high school students.

Today (15th), the solidarity of action to set the rule of law right (legal sophistication) said, "In addition, the Democratic Party referred to the Party's Ethics Committee and filed a complaint with the Human Rights Commission that candidate Park should receive human rights education."

Previously, candidate Park was giving a special lecture on integrity education in 2012 at a high school in Daejeon on the subject of'Life in the middle of law and politics', and some comments were controversial.

In the video posted on YouTube's'Park Beomgye TV', candidate Park, who was the first member of the Congress at the time, gives a lecture for about 40 minutes in front of high school students, telling about his experiences in school.

Candidate Park explained justice, saying, "Justice without power is useless. Justice is perfect when it has the power to achieve justice. If you have power but do not have justice, it is violence."

Then, in the middle of the lecture, I lucked out, "Everyone, you're a 2nd grader in high school," and then I asked, "What's upset when I wake up in the morning. And I tremble every night. Let's be honest."

He said, "When you reach adulthood, whether men or women, sexual desire arises," he said. "There are places in Daejeon city where prostitution is available? There are no places to prostitute?" Then he answered "Illegal. You should not go".

As these contents became known, the controversy began, and candidate Park said it was citing the book ``What is Justice,'' a book by Harvard University professor Michael Sandel, who was then bestseller.

On page 90 of the book,'Librarians' arguments such as prostitution mentioned by Candidate Park, "liberalists use the coercive power of law to encourage virtue or express a number of moral beliefs. I am against "

He also pointed out that in his lecture, "Candidate Park said,'Let's think about it. I'm a liberal,' and he only led the conversation under the assumption that he was a liberal."

However, the Law Se-ryeon raised a voice saying, "It is a violation of human rights and a violation of dignity that caused sexual shame against high school students by lawmakers. Even if students felt sexual shame, it is impossible to protest against the lawmakers." .
