It was the strong spread of infection in Fagersta that made Risbroskolan switch to partial distance education already when the spring term began.

The school has some experience.

Before Christmas, a strained staff situation when many teachers were at home with cold symptoms meant that the school switched to distance learning and that teachers could teach from home, online, the last three days of the semester.

This time it was the infection control's recommendation that made it a partial distance.

The plan now is to run two weeks.

The classes take turns being at school, three days a week.

Then it is distance and good hand hygiene, among other things, that apply.

The other two stay at home and are taught via their school tablets.

- It feels good so far, it's flowing.

The difficult thing is that it becomes a lot for the students to keep track of, when they should be where, and it is difficult to plan long-term, says principal Sara Sundh.

Line Karlsson is in seventh.

She thinks it is okay for the sake of the spread of infection that you have some distance learning at home, but that it becomes more difficult to ask questions and get help from your teacher.
