On Tuesday, the deputies tabled petitions against the members of this office, petitions which must be examined in the coming days.

Violation of the Constitution and internal regulations of the National Assembly and mismanagement of public funds: these grievances are, according to FCC deputy Joseph Kokonyangi, those held against
the three members of the provisional office, called the age office
.
For the elected Maniema who remained loyal to Joseph Kabila, the three members of the office, including the dean Mboso Nkodia, walked on the judgments of the Constitutional Court by modifying the tasks granted by the High Court.
He also accuses them of having mismanaged the funds intended for the National Assembly: “
Mboso Nkodia has received more than 32 billion Congolese francs.
It was $ 18 million a few weeks ago.
Apart from that, Mboso Nkodia found 3 million dollars in the coffers… Destination unknown!
He must come and explain to us where all these amounts have gone!
"
The petitioners also want clarification on the budget of $ 12 million requested for the organization of this extraordinary session of the National Assembly.
These clarifications will bring down the provisional office, Kokonyangi vowed.
For the former judge at the Constitutional Court Eugène Banyaku, this approach is intended to play the clock in order to hamper the constitution of parliamentary groups and the investiture of the next office.
