Munich (dpa / lby) - The Bavarian Crafts Day demands a clear timetable from politics for an end to the lockdown.

«More and more craft businesses are getting into existential difficulties.

There are, for example, convincing protection and hygiene concepts for cosmetic studios and hairdressing salons that have been coordinated with the employers' liability insurance association ”, criticized the President of Crafts, Franz Xaver Peteranderl on Thursday.

To make matters worse, the financial aid did not flow as promised and the conditions were subsequently changed.

"It cannot be that money declared as November aid does not arrive at the companies until January, that the support in the small print of the criteria catalog has to be silted up or that immediate aid has to be repaid," said Peteranderl.

It is also necessary to gradually reopen the educational institutions for Bavarian handicrafts. "Our trainees must not fall by the wayside," said Peteranderl. Inter-company apprenticeship training without workshops is not an option.
