A governmental agreement provides job opportunities for young citizens in Emirates Aluminum

Today, the Human Resources Authority in Abu Dhabi signed a new agreement with Emirates Global Aluminum, the largest industrial company in the United Arab Emirates outside the oil and gas sector, regarding cooperation to provide job opportunities for young national cadres registered in the authority's database, through the national training program Company's Fuse Operator.

The company stated that according to the agreement, permanent work contracts will be signed with those enrolled in the training program from the first day, and after completing the training period (which takes a whole year), jobs will be successfully provided to citizens in the operational operations within the company's smelters, noting that it provides national training programs at its headquarters in Both Taweelah and Jebel Ali to enable young citizens who did not complete their education, to obtain job opportunities in various fields of the company.

The company stated that it includes more than 1000 citizens working in its various sectors, out of more than 5 thousand citizens who graduated from the company's national training programs that began in 1982, noting that the total employees of the company inside the country exceeded 7 thousand employees, including 250 officials in administrative positions And higher supervision, citizens occupy more than 40% of them.
