In a press release, the public prosecutor of Marseille announces the holding of a trial on June 14 for the three organizers of the huge clandestine party which brought together 500 people on the night of December 12 to 13 in the Marseille district of Plombières (Bouches-du-Rhône), in full containment.

These people are prosecuted for endangering the life of others and undeclared work.

They face penalties of up to five years in prison and a fine of 75,000 euros.

Two of these people were imprisoned under sentences handed down in other cases, and the third placed under judicial supervision.

The most important underground party in France

Two people have already been convicted in this case, for complicity in covert work and complicity in endangering the lives of others.

Prosecuted for having hired the servers recruited for the evening and provided equipment, they were respectively sentenced to 6 and 4 months suspended imprisonment and a 2,500 and 1,500 euros fine, as part of a court appearance procedure on recognition prerequisite of guilt.

This clandestine evening, on the night of December 12 to 13, is undoubtedly the most important to have been spotted in France since the start of the coronavirus crisis, if we except these "rave parties" which had brought together several thousand revelers in Hures-la-Parade, in Lozère, mid-August, and in Lieuron (Ille-et-Vilaine), in Brittany, on the occasion of the New Year.
