Munich (dpa / lby) - Bavaria's Prime Minister Markus Söder (CSU) wants to create more opportunities for working in the home office through tax incentives for companies.

"We want to promote and favor taxation," said Söder after consulting with employer and union representatives on Wednesday in Munich.

Fixed quotas, on the other hand, are not the right way to go.

The Free State wants to go ahead as the largest employer and set up a right to a home office workplace wherever possible, said Söder.
