The corona restrictions in Denmark were set until 17 January, but they have thus been extended for another three weeks.

- I believe that an extension of the restrictions is clearly necessary.

Not least to ensure that the British mutation does not spread, says Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen to BT.

The Prime Minister announced that all parties and party leaders will meet in the afternoon to discuss the restrictions.

Only grocery stores and pharmacies may be open

The restrictions mean, among other things, that a maximum of five people may gather in public places, that schools and universities must generally have digital teaching and that shopping centers must be kept closed. Only pharmacies and grocery stores may be open. Restaurants may be open for take away.
