Bremen (dpa / lni) - The Youtuber, home craftsman and musician Fynn Kliemann is the new owner of a mini house in Bremen's historic old town.

He announced that he had bought what is “proven to be the smallest house in Germany” there on the Instagram platform.

“That's really cool,” said the 32-year-old happily.

"That's 7 square meters and 4 square meters of living space - that will be a real engineering skill to bring in a bed at all."

The house in the “Schnoor Quarter” in Bremen was offered at the end of 2020 through the Kensington brokerage company for a price of 77,777 euros.

"But we never expected so much attention," said real estate agent Tobias Lachmann on Tuesday to the German press agency.

The offer even got around as far as the USA and China.

A total of around 150 interested parties registered.

The web designer Kliemann from Lower Saxony became known on YouTube as the “Heimwerkerking”.

A few years ago he set up a center for creative people (“Kliemannsland”) on an old farm in Elsdorf north of Bremen.
