After the investigation by the State Supervision Commission was concluded, the case was transferred to the Supreme People’s Procuratorate for review and prosecution.

The Supreme People’s Procuratorate has designated jurisdiction, and the Zibo City People’s Procuratorate in Shandong Province will review and prosecute.

Recently, the Zibo City People's Procuratorate has filed a public prosecution with the Zibo City Intermediate People's Court.

  During the review and prosecution stage, the procuratorial organ informed the defendant Ma Ming of the litigation rights according to law, and interrogated the defendant Ma Ming and listened to the opinions of the defender.
