  1. Wear a mask on commute

  It is recommended to walk, cycle or take a private car or shuttle bus to and from get off work.

  If you take public transportation, you must wear a mask at all times.

Try to avoid touching objects on the car with your hands during the journey.

Avoid sitting opposite passengers who are coughing or sneezing.

  2. Regular ventilation in the office

  Before entering the office building, cooperate with the staff to scan the health code, accept the temperature test, and then enter the building to work after passing, and wash hands in the bathroom.

  Office equipment such as printers, paper shredders, and landline phones used in the office should be wiped and disinfected with disinfectant wipes or 75% alcohol every day.

  The office should be ventilated 3 times a day, 20-30 minutes each time.

If there are many people in the office, wear a mask and keep a safe distance of more than 1 meter.

  Drink plenty of water and wash your hands frequently during office hours, especially before and after meals. Wash your hands strictly in accordance with the seven-step method.

  3. Don't forget to wear a mask in the meeting

  It is recommended that all units reduce the number of centralized meetings and control the meeting time.

Participants are advised to wear masks, wash their hands and disinfect before entering the conference room, and maintain a safe distance of more than 1 meter when sitting down.

  If the meeting time is long, you can open the window once for ventilation.

After the meeting, the venue and utensils should be disinfected.

  4. Don't take off your mask when taking the elevator

  Elevator space is small, the environment is closed, the air is not circulated, and the personnel entering and exiting are complicated, which is more conducive to the spread of the virus.

Therefore, you should wear a mask when taking the elevator in the office building.

Even if you are alone, you cannot take off your mask.

  At the same time, avoid getting together in the elevator and reduce contact with public places in the elevator.

  5. Don't chat at work

  Office workers can prepare a set of tableware by themselves and use their own tableware whenever possible.

  When eating, it is best not to sit face-to-face to eat or chat to avoid the spread of droplets.

  When arranging a la carte delivery with colleagues, choose cooked food as much as possible, avoid raw meat, and pay attention to balanced nutrition, light and palatable.

  6. Timely disinfection when going home after get off work

  Go straight home after get off work and avoid gatherings.

  When you get home, change the coat you wear at work and wash your hands for disinfection.

Mobile phones and keys used when going out should be wiped with disinfectant wipes or 75% alcohol.

  Go to shopping malls and supermarkets to purchase daily necessities on the way down to work. Remember to wear a mask, avoid crowds, keep a safe distance of more than 1 meter from other people, and avoid staying in public places for a long time.

You should also disinfect your shopping bags after you get home.
