U.S. outgoing President Donald Trump has admitted he is partly to blame for the events at the House of Congress, according to Fox News, based on his sources.
According to Fox sources, Trump had raised the issue in a discussion with Kevin McCarthy, the Republican minority leader in the House of Representatives.
Two separate sources have told Fox that McCarthy conveyed Trump’s view among House Republicans at a conference call on Monday.
At the time of the call, McCarthy had agreed that Trump was at least partially responsible for the conquest attempt to conquer the House of Congress.
Five people died, one of whom was congressional police, during a riot by Trump supporters on Wednesday.
