  The newly revised Law on the Protection of Juveniles and the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency will come into effect on "Children's Day" in 2021.

Zhou Qiang said that it is necessary to resolutely punish all kinds of crimes against minors in accordance with the law, especially the homicide, trafficking, rape and other major crimes that challenge the bottom line of the law and social ethics. .

  Zhou Qiang also stated that it is necessary to implement the Criminal Law Amendment (11), and accurately apply the crimes of young minors, hindering the prevention and control of infectious diseases, illegally engaging in human gene editing and embryo cloning, regulating financial market chaos, and cracking down on drug "black workshops". ", throwing objects at high altitude, grabbing the steering wheel of a bus, "impersonating to go to university", infringing on intellectual property rights and other new regulations to enhance the people's sense of security.

  In recent years, China's judicial departments have promoted the creation of a comprehensive and comprehensive judicial protection pattern for minors.

For example, a number of ministries have introduced a mandatory reporting system for cases of violations of minors, jointly established a system for faculty and staff to inquire about sexual violations and criminal records before entering employment, and implement judicial policies that severely punish adults for soliciting and coercing minors to participate in organized crime.

  The newly revised Law on the Protection of Juveniles and the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency also emphasize that the procuratorial organs shall supervise lawsuits involving minors and the prevention of re-offending.
