The court confirmed an entitlement for her late salary, the amount of 484 thousand dirhams, and 27 thousand and 500 dirhams in allowance for vacations for her work period, in addition to 55 thousand dirhams for unfair dismissal, and the court ruled obligating the medical center to pay the complainant 566 thousand and 500 dirhams and obligated him to pay the expenses and an amount of 300 dirhams in return for fees.
