Halle (dpa / sa) - The work database of fine arts in Saxony-Anhalt, set up as a kind of showcase for artistic diversity, is growing.
15 new directories have now been added, announced the professional association of visual artists on Sunday in Halle, which operates the database.
These are ten bundles of active, contemporary artists and eight estate registers.
The database now contains a total of 18 directories from various genres such as painting, graphics, sculpture and photography.
The work database, which was opened in autumn 2017, is reportedly also used by scientists and curators for research.
The first directories were published in November 2018.
They should also help artists from Saxony-Anhalt to present themselves and their work on the Internet, for example for the art trade.
