The pictures of empty vaccination centers give the wrong impression.

Together with the federal states, we said from the start that we were already building up the vaccination structure on a generous basis, even if the vaccine was still scarce.

So that the structures are in place when there is enough vaccine.

Why is the vaccine scarce?
