The man is convicted of five cases of sexual harassment, four cases of unlawful threats, three cases of harassment, two cases of assault and one case of threatening an official against a total of five different plaintiffs.

The district court finds that he suffers from a serious mental disorder, and that he is therefore sentenced to forensic psychiatric care.

He must also pay damages to the victims.

He has admitted that he was guilty of all cases of sexual harassment, threats against an official, unlawful threats and one case of assault and two cases of harassment.

All crimes were committed between March and August 2020.

Previously convicted

The man now convicted was not unknown to the judiciary. Among other things, he was convicted in February 2017 for attempted violence against an official, violent resistance and shoplifting. He was then sentenced to probation.
