Every Saturday, the team of La table des bons vivants offers seasonal recipes to make at home to feast with family, or with your friends.

Today, a recipe that should delight fans of the animated film "Spirited Away": onigiris with tuna.

Ingredients:

  • 150 - 200 g of jasmine rice

  • 4 tablespoons of white alcohol vinegar

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • 1 can of tuna cooked in its natural state of 500 g

  • Mayonnaise

  • 4 sheets of nori seaweed

Production :

1. Wash the rice well in a saucepan.

Drain and rinse until the water runs clear.

2. For cooking, a tip: the volume of water must exceed that of the rice by half a phalanx.

Cook the rice.

3. Once the rice is cooked, pour in the white alcohol vinegar and mix with a little salt and a pinch of sugar.

4. Crumble the tuna in a bowl and mix it well with the mayonnaise, to measure according to your taste.

5. Wet your hands, form four rice cakes, place a flat layer of tuna on each, then another flat layer of rice on top.

Make balls out of them, then shape the corners to make triangles.

6. Moisten the seaweed leaves and place them under the onigiris.
