09 January 2021 AC Milan proves to have absorbed the backlash of the home defeat against Juventus and takes "revenge" against the other team of the Mole.

At San Siro the Rossoneri beat Turin 2-0 in the third advance of matchday 17 in Serie A and go up to +4 against Inter who are second in the standings and who are busy on Sunday in the big match of Olympus against Roma.

The Rossoneri also saw Ibrahimovic for a few minutes in the final, after returning from injury: he had been missing since 23 November.

Giampaolo's grenades continue their suffering championship, remaining nailed to 12 points like Parma, only 3 more than last Crotone.

And Tuesday - strange intersections of the calendar - Milan-Turin is repeated for the second round of the Italian Cup.

Pioli brings Ibrahimovic and Çalhanoğlu to the bench and in his 4-2-3-1 he plays Donnarumma;

Calabria, Kjaer, Romagnoli, Théo Hernandez;

Tonali, Kessié;

Castillejo, Brahim Diaz, Hauge;

Leão.

The former Giampaolo replies with 3-5-2: Sirigu;

Izzo, Lyanco, Bremer;

Singo, Lukić, Rincon, Gojak, Rodriguez;

Verdi, Belotti.

Arbitrator Maresca of Naples.

Immediately a risk for the Bull: Sirigu cincischia with the ball, Castillejo almost does not mock him on the contrast (2 ').

Milan make their possession, but at a too slow pace.

At 25 ', however, the Rossoneri pass, when Hernandez breaks through centrally, Diaz puts a vertical through ball for Leão who defends the ball and stabs Sirigu with a low right.

At 32 'Belotti-Diaz contact in the grenade area, Doveri let it go, but then recalled by the Var concedes the penalty after viewing the images: from the implacable spot Kessié (36').

Torino's reaction breaks on the crossbar: Rodriguez hits her directly on a free-kick from the edge (foul by Romagnoli on Verdi).

At 48 'on the counterattack Kessié calls Sirigu to the decisive parade.

Giampaolo returns from the locker room with Linetty for Gojak.

At 50 'Maresca whistles a penalty for Toro due to a contact between Tonali and Verdi in the AC Milan area, but the vision of the images induces him to reverse the foul: it was the grenade that kicked the Rossoneri's leg.

At 54 'Pioli recalls Tonali to insert Dalot, moving Calabria in the median.

At 60 'the Rossoneri coach tries the Çalhanoğlu card in place of Diaz.

Double change in Turin in the 64th minute: Zaza for Izzo and Murru for Rodriguez: Giampaolo positions himself with the 4-3-1-2, with Verdi behind Zaza and Belotti.

At 72 'Belotti with his head turns towards the goal a corner from Verdi, but Donnarumma is well positioned and blocks.

In Toro, in the 76th minute it was Segre's turn for Rincon.

At 85 'Ibrahimovic sees himself again after seven games, in place of Leão;

Daniel Maldini also enters in place of Hauge.

Giampaolo calls Belotti to insert Bonazzoli (86 ').

At 91 'great intervention by Donnarumma on a shot from outside Segre deflected by Romagnoli.
