In response to the challenge of power supply, Tong Guangyi said that China's multiple departments attach great importance to it and have strengthened coordination and dispatch. They have taken a series of measures to protect coal, gas, and electricity from both sides of supply and demand.
Specifically, it mainly includes the following four measures.
One is to strengthen monitoring and keep abreast of supply and demand trends in a timely manner.
The National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration of China, in conjunction with relevant units, closely monitored and early warnings, increased control efforts, and maintained the overall balance of supply and demand across the country through measures such as cross-regional and cross-provincial power support.
At the same time, continue to pay attention to power plants with coal storage levels below 7 days, and urge relevant units to strengthen coordination to ensure the safety of coal supply and unit operation.

In response to freezing rain in some parts of the south, anti-ice preparations were initiated in advance, and pre-disaster defense, on-duty during the disaster, and emergency repair work after the disaster were comprehensively strengthened.
The third is to strengthen emergency response and deal with emergencies in a timely manner.
Prepare accident predictions and emergency plans in advance, and arrange for special personnel to be on duty 24 hours a day to ensure the first response in the event of an incident.
