The Lyonnaises, defending champions in the Coupe de France, will face Reims in the round of 16 on the last weekend of January, according to the draw made on Thursday.
Paris SG, outgoing finalist and currently leading the championship, will have a short trip to do on the lawn at Fleury, in Essonne.
Bordeaux, third in D1 at the break, will receive the promoted from Le Havre, currently the championship's red lantern.
The Montpelliéraines will come to the Paris region to challenge the other club promoted this season in the elite, Issy-les-Moulineaux.
The format of the competition has been changed for the 2020/21 edition, shaken up by the Covid-19 pandemic.
The twelve women's D1 teams will compete in a dedicated way before joining the amateur clubs from the round of 16.
