Today, a recommendation was introduced on mouth protection in public transport in Jönköping

SVT Nyheter Jönköping spoke to several travelers who used public transport during the morning.

Several people without mouth guards did not want to answer any questions about the recommendation and why they did not use mouth guards between 07.00 and 09.00.

Anette Thorén, who did not bring a mouth guard with her when she traveled, is not so sure that it will reduce the spread of infection.

- I do not know if there is evidence that it would reduce the spread of infection, she says.

Few get mouth guards

Jönköping County Transport offers mouth protection to those who have not acquired their own when traveling, but not many have taken out a mouth guard.

- I thought there would be many more who would come here and pick up mouth guards, but there have hardly been any here at all, says the person who works at the county traffic customer center, who does not want to stand in front of the camera.
