Meppen (dpa / lni) - SV Meppen has strengthened its squad again shortly before the start of the second part of the season in the 3rd soccer league.
The Emsländer have signed center forward Tom Boere from league rivals Türkgücü Munich.
The 28-year-old Dutchman signed a six-month contract.
Boere went through the youth academy of Ajax Amsterdam and played in the Netherlands for FC Twente Enschede, among others.
"Tom has proven in many games what a goal threat he poses," said Meppen's coach Torsten Frings.
