No question of giving up or abandoning their stoves in the face of Covid-19.

Since Tuesday evening and until January 20, fifteen restaurateurs have moved into a mobile restaurant on Place Maréchal-Lyautey, in the 6th arrondissement, at the initiative of Toques blancs Lyonnaises.

The objective for these cooks, while the date for the reopening of restaurants should be postponed by the government in the coming hours, is to mobilize to overcome the crisis.

But not only.

"This caravan of chefs" is also intended to highlight the know-how of regional restaurateurs and producers and to offer, in these gloomy times, a real gustatory pleasure to Lyonnais, deprived of good tables for months, recall the Toques blancs from Lyon.

A strong act in the city of gastronomy.

Online reservations

The chefs and the chocolate maker will take turns every evening in this food truck to offer their menus to the public, invited to come and collect their order after booking.

Among the participating restaurateurs, the mobile restaurant will welcome on Friday, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., chef Thomas Pierre, from the restaurant Le Loup pendu, Arnaud Laverdin from La Bijouterie on Saturday evening or even Joseph Viola from Daniel and Denise on January 16.

To order, simply go to the Toques blancs lyonnaises Facebook page or to the social networks of the restaurants involved.
